Wine Salento Primitive

  • Grapes: 1000% Negroamaro
  • Content: 13% vol.
  • Harvest period: September 2011
  • Aging: in steel tanks until bottling
  • Color:intense ruby red color with light and elusive purple reflexes
  • Perfume:the smell is composed of reds fruits and a delicate perfume herbaceous barely perceptible, which is mixed to beginning of ethereal. Tipically identifiable the black cherry,the red plum, the thyme and, belatedly, the flint.
  • Taste: the taste is characterized by good balance between softness, and alcohol content, contrasted to the minerality and freshness. Elaborated the persistence, initially soft, with delicate incisive aftertaste typical of the grape – vine.
  • Food matching:mediterranean cuisine, including pasta with tomato sauce, soups, medium-aged cheeses,meats and roasts.
  • Serving temperature: 18° C.
