Wine Salento Primitive
- Grapes: Primitive
- Content: 14% vol.
- Harvest period: first week of September
- Aging: at the end of fermentation the wine stop in steel tanks and 6 months before bottling in barriques.
- Color: ruby red with delicate nuances of garnet.
- Perfume: olfactory persistence. The fragrances of the minerals , creates a delicate intersection with the cherry, the black cherry and the plum; the flowers and the spices determine a final perfume with an intense aroma and harmonious.
- Taste: the non aggressive tannins, the good acidity, in parallel to the softness and the typical alcohol content, strenghtens the goodness of primitive: vigorous wine one time, but elegant and stately today.
- Food matching: pasta with meat sauces tasty, excellent with red meats and lamb. Ideal on cheeses at medium and high seasoning and cut of meats.
- Serving temperature: 18° C.
