Pure White Moscato Igp

Sensory analysis:  A wine with masculine aromas, perhaps because the grape variety is... a distinguished gentleman who does not linger on the yellow-fleshed fruit, but immediately expresses himself with more acrid hints of resin, white musk and citrus fruits such as mandarin and cedar, as well as mint and thyme. The sip has the momentum of great flavor and lively freshness, which make it particularly vertical and also has as its backbone the aromas, which clearly recall the perfumes in a discreet persistence. 

Pairing:

Typically Moscato is a sweet wine, but not in this case, which is why it lends itself well to being paired with seafood, shellfish, oily fish, mixed seafood, cheese soufflés and vegetable pies.
