Sensory analysis

Straw yellow with golden reflections. The glass invites us with sweet fruit flavors, which are not at all intrusive: banana, litchi and yellow peach welcome a fresh salty breeze that comes from the sea and also from the grapefruit arm in arm with the pineapple. Who prevails? neither, but they keep us awake with their alternation. The sip, warm and round, has plenty of flavor and lively freshness. The after-olfactory perception has sufficient persistence and recalls the elegance of the nose with the citrus fruits that come clean and an almond finish that cleans the mouth and makes this wine excellent to pair with dishes. 

Pairing: excellent with seafood, shellfish, blue fish, mixed seafood, cheese souflé and vegetable pies.
